Tandem is one of our most popular skydiving methods. This jump includes more than 45 seconds of freefall and a 5 to 10 minute canopy ride while you are attached to your Tandem Instructor. This is an excellent way to experience your first skydive and get rid of those first jump jitters.

The Tandem method is the simplest way to introduce anyone to freefall skydiving. Your adventure begins after a USPA certified tandem instructor takes you through a short 20 to 30 minutes of training.

You and your instructor are harnessed together in a special parachute system built for two people. You will then descend from 10,500 feet above the ground.

The view from there is absolutely amazing. Your heart will start beating faster and faster with anticipation. You and your instructor then jump out of the plane experiencing the extreme rush of freefall. Grinning from ear to ear as you fall for a mile and reach speeds up to 120mph you realize it feels as though you are floating suspended miles above the earth.

Now it's time for the second part of this amazing adventure. The parachute is deployed and the two of you glide through the sky towards the earth suspended under a huge canopy for 5-10 minutes. Amazed by the view you glide to earth excited to tell everyone about the amazing adventure you had just been on.

Please be aware that we have a 220 lb limit with tandems.  In addition, certain common sense should be used in more extreme body types.  Just like the roller coaster that you must be "this tall" to ride, skydiving also holds physical limitations.
